Orders can be placed either by fax (203-270-1526), email (email@example.com) or telephone (877-270-0050). Upon receipt and review of your order, we will communicate acknowledgement.
Payment and Terms
Once proper credit has been established, payment terms are net 30 days, or if you prefer, all major credit cards are accepted. A US Federal Tax Identification Number and resale certificate is required for all clients.
Once a framing design is approved, order completion lead time is approximately two weeks. In rare instances we may need additional time due to select materials not being immediately available.
We are a full service shipping facility. Normally, large orders are shipped using common carriers. For smaller orders, we use UPS, FedEx or DHL. We will arrange all shipping logistics and, if you prefer, use your carrier of choice with your carrier account, or bill you the freight charges.
